• Handle guest feedback professionally and positively.
• Support the wider F&B team with setup, service and breakdown of events.

looking for an exceptional Restaurant Waiter/Waitress to come
and join us at Richmond Hill Hotel.

Located in
the heart of London’s greenest borough, we are an independently owned Georgian
hotel, just a stone through from the royal park. This is London’s gateway to

This is a
permanent full-time role (40hrs per week).
