Job summary

Richmond Hill Hotel in London is seeking an exceptional Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team. You will ensure the highest level of cleanliness in bedrooms and provide the attentive service that keeps guests returning.

We offer a competitive gross salary (£27,314.19) plus a monthly service charge (£2,500–£3,000 per year), access to online perks, health cashback for you and family, 28 holidays (plus extra days with service), and career development opportunities.

Job description

We are looking for an exceptional Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team at the Richmond Hill Hotel.

Located in the heart of London’s greenest borough, we are an independently owned Georgian hotel, just a stone through from the royal park. This is London’s gateway to nature.

Is the Room Attendant role right for me?

As a Room Attendant you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance of the bedrooms and carrying out the evening turn down service as per the Hotel standards.

You will be an excellent team player and have excellent communication and customer care skills. You will be flexible and have pride and attention to detail in your work.
