Job summary

The Walcot Group Limited is a collection of hospitality venues, including Walcot House and others, offering casual to modern British dining. We’re seeking a waiter/waitress who loves looking after guests and working as part of a lively team across multiple venues in Bath and the Southwest.

You’ll be serving, taking orders, and ensuring guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive until they leave, with training provided to help you grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house experience or the right attitude to learn quickly.
• Able to greet guests warmly and provide attentive service.
• Composure during busy service periods and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests across Walcot Group venues with friendly, confident service.
• Maintain welcoming atmosphere and assist guests from arrival to departure.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth dining and bar operations.
