Job summary

One Aldwych in Covent Garden is seeking a guest-focused team member for its Indigo dining concept and hotel restaurant. You will welcome guests, understand the menu and drinks, and deliver attentive service throughout the guest journey in a luxury setting.

• Experience within a restaurant, luxury hospitality or premium dining environment.
• Confident and personable approach when engaging with guests.
• Strong communication skills and genuine interest in food and drink.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a warm, genuine first impression.
• Build understanding of the menu and drinks offering; provide recommendations.
• Deliver attentive and professional service throughout the guest journey.
• Work with the Head Waiter and team to ensure smooth, well-paced service.
