Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender within a five-star luxury hotel, restaurant or cocktail bar.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverages, with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a consistent focus on accuracy and service standards.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills, with a calm and efficient approach during busy service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, drinks and beverages to consistently high standards, following recipes, presentation guidelines and service standards.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar menu, cocktails, wines, spirits and beverages to confidently provide recommendations.
• Maintain the bar area, equipment and glassware to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation throughout service.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish beverages, garnishes, glassware and bar supplies, ensuring the bar is fully prepared for service.
