Qualifications

Responsibilities

As a Waiter for Café Boulud Restaurant, you will deliver warm, attentive, and intuitive service throughout service ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and refined experience. You will demonstrate strong product knowledge, impeccable presentation, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence.

• Respond to guest enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in full compliance with licensing regulations for residents and non‑residents
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menus, ingredients, and offerings
• Ensure all mise‑en‑place and service stations are impeccably maintained and fully stocked
• Follow established reporting procedures promptly should any operational or guest issues arise
• Ensure all Food & Beverage orders are delivered accurately, consistently, and within expected service timesUphold Hilton grooming and presentation standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
• Comply fully with hotel security protocols, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
