We are looking for a passionate and guest focused Waiter to join our incredible Straits Kitchen & Bar team at Pan Pacific London. You show confidence, empathy and professionalism when dealing with guests and associates alike. You are calm under pressure and you desire to deliver the best experience for our guests. If you are dedicated to providing exceptional care while demonstrating great pride and attention to detail in your work and you put people at the heart of every decision you make, then we would love to hear from you.
JOB SUMMARY
As a Waiter in Straits Kitchen & Bar, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks as a Waiter will include but not be limited to:
a) All food items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available in the restaurant.
b) Every wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list.
c) Designated glassware and garnishes for drinks.
d) All menu items, preparation method/time, ingredients, sauces, portion sizes, garnishes, presentation and prices.
e) Daily menu specials and out-of-stock items.
f) Dining room layout, table/seat/station numbers, proper table set-ups, room capacity, hours of operation, price range and dress code.
g) Daily house count, arrivals/departures, and V.I.P.s reservations.
