Your Requirements:

• Experience as a Head Waiter/Head Waitress in a similar fast-paced environment (to be assessed at trial/interview)
• Excellent English communication skills
• The ability to lead by example and promote teamwork
• Flexible availability, working any 5 days between Monday and Sunday
• Deep respect for diversity and individuality
• Ownership of your role, fostering entrepreneurial spirit and initiative
• The ability to maintain set processes and standards
