Job summary

Ottolenghi Edinburgh is recruiting for a front-of-house host/waiter to help deliver warm, attentive service in a busy restaurant environment. You will welcome guests, take orders with menu knowledge, and ensure smooth service in collaboration with kitchen and bar teams.

We are looking for friendly communicators who thrive under pressure, with a passion for hospitality and a genuine care for guests. This role supports a vibrant, growth-focused team at our Edinburgh opening.

• Previous experience as a waiter or in front-of-house hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, ensuring they feel looked after from the moment they arrive.
