Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, attentive dining experience.
• Present menus and answer questions about food and beverages; make recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and enter into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure accuracy.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle payments.
• Clear and reset tables; maintain a clean dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with setup and closing duties; support teammates during busy periods.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Participate in restaurant events and functions as needed.

The Details

What exactly you will be doing…

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, attentive dining experience
• Present menus, answer questions about food and beverages, and make recommendations
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure order accuracy
• Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
• Clear tables, reset them quickly, and maintain a clean dining area
• Handle guest payments (cash and card) accurately and responsibly
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders
• Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant each shift
• Support team members during busy periods and help create a positive, welcoming environment
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines
• Participate in restaurant events and special functions as needed
