Wmjobs is seeking a proactive Wrap Around Care Manager for Malvern Wells CE Primary School. The role leads the breakfast and after-school club, ensuring a warm, safe, and inclusive environment where children can relax and enjoy age-appropriate activities.
You will manage staff, plan a varied programme, uphold safeguarding standards and maintain records while building strong relationships with families and school colleagues.

Hours: 17 ½ hours per week –1 hour every morning and 2 ½ hours each afternoon (initially term time only - Monday to Friday with potential to develop and deliver Holiday Club )
Contract: Permanent
Grade: TA4 (Scale 6 – Scp19)
Salary: £13,459 per annum

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and caring Wrap Around Care Manager to lead our before- and after-school provision.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where children can relax, play and have fun outside of the school day.
As Wrap Around Care Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the provision, leading and supporting the wrap around care team and ensuring that children receive high-quality care at all times.

Previous experience of working with children in a school, childcare, playwork or wrap around care setting is essential. Experience of supervising or leading a team would also be an advantage.
