Job summary

Thirteen Group is recruiting a Vulnerable & Older Persons Manager (Quality and Compliance) to lead the Vulnerable and Older Persons team across the Tees Valley. You’ll ensure services are safe, compliant and meet standards.

The role covers risk management, budgeting, performance, and collaboration with partners to improve outcomes for customers. You’ll lead and develop teams and drive service improvements.

Qualifications

• Level 4 CIH qualification or working towards it.
• Experience leading housing or support services across vulnerable groups.
• Strong leadership with exposure to budgets and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Managing allocations, lettings, empty homes and tenancy sustainment.
• Using data and insight to improve services.
• Leading quality and compliance across the portfolio.
• Building partnerships with local authorities and health services.
• Leading teams while managing budgets and resources to deliver value for money.
