Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with proficiency in Java or Python and modern full-stack technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• Working knowledge of core AWS services including Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, EventBridge, CloudWatch, and API Gateway.
• Solid understanding of standard SDLC tooling, automated testing, Git, Docker, and CI/CD automation.

Responsibilities

• Feature engineering: build end-to-end full-stack features with frontend-backend integration.
• Gen AI and agent implementation: develop RAG pipelines and agent workflows with modern AI tools.
• Evaluation and benchmarking: create automated evaluation suites for relevance and accuracy.
• Cloud and data integration: deploy AI components on AWS using Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, and API Gateway.
• Observability and incident support: monitor performance with CloudWatch and perform root-cause analyses.
• SDLC discipline: participate in code reviews, maintain tests, and document patterns.
• Agile collaboration: work with stakeholders in sprints to translate research into deliverables.
