Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on software engineering with Java or Python and modern full-stack web tech
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Eng, Applied Math, or related field
• Working knowledge of core AWS services incl. Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, EventBridge, CloudWatch, API Gateway
• Solid SDLC tooling, automated testing, Git, Docker, and CI/CD practices

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end features with backend Java/Python and frontend tech
• Implement and optimize Gen AI agent workflows and RAG pipelines
• Evaluate and benchmark using Braintrust, AgentCore Eval, or similar
• Deploy AI components on AWS with Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, and API Gateway
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD automation
