Storm2’s client is pioneering how financial institutions manage customer onboarding, compliance, and fraud—combining powerful automation with flexible API infrastructure. Their platform is the backbone for some of the fastest-growing fintechs and banks, enabling instant decisions across identity, risk, and KYC.

They’re now hiring a VP Sales, UK & EMEA to lead market expansion, own regional revenue targets, and grow a high-performing go-to-market team. This is a critical leadership role reporting into global executive leadership, with influence across product, marketing, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a regional sales strategy to drive new logo acquisition and long-term revenue growth.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a team of AEs and sales leaders across key European markets.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape pricing, positioning, and channel strategy in-region.
  • Establish repeatable sales processes, accurate forecasting, and performance KPIs aligned with company goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role covering UK and/or EMEA.
  • Experience selling into financial institutions or fintech, ideally in regtech, compliance, or onboarding.
  • Proven ability to scale revenue and build teams in fast-paced, VC-backed scale-ups.
  • Strong strategic and operational mindset with the ability to influence cross-functionally.
