Rolls-Royce plc is seeking a VP Resilience on a full-time, hybrid basis in Derby. The role leads the enterprise resilience framework across Civil Aerospace, partnering with Cyber/IT, Safety and Business Continuity teams to ensure operational continuity and incident preparedness.
A senior leader with strong enterprise knowledge is required to drive governance, strategy, and cross-functional resilience initiatives across a regulated aerospace environment.

Civil are strengthening our enterprise resilience capability to ensure the business can effectively prevent, respond to, and recover from major operational and cyber-related incidents. The VP Resilience will lead and drive resilience due diligence activities across Civil Aerospace, identifying capability gaps and implementing practical, business-aligned resilience solutions with an immediate focus on cyber incident readiness. This role will establish and embed a scalable resilience framework across the business, ensuring operational continuity, improved incident preparedness, and alignment to enterprise resilience standards and strategic priorities. The role will work cross‑functionally across Civil Aerospace, partnering with operational leaders, Cyber/IT, Safety, and Business Continuity teams to build a resilient organisation, business processes and supporting systems capable of responding effectively to disruption. This is a highly visible transformation and delivery role requiring strong stakeholder leadership, programme management capability, and enterprise thinking.
