Rolls-Royce plc in the UK Defence Manufacturing Team invites applications for a Production Leader. You will report to Head of Manufacturing and oversee all operations within your area, ensuring safety, quality, cost and delivery targets are met in full.

The business is responsible for the delivery of all OE & MRO components to various customers around the world. You will report to the Head of Manufacturing and be responsible for leading all aspects of Operations activity within your area of responsibility, with full accountability for ensuring that agreed current and future customer quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements are met in full.
