An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Capabilities Finance Business Partner within the Engineering, Technology & Safety Finance team. This is a finance delivery leadership role for someone who can take complex, cross-functional financial challenges and turn them into implemented, sustainable outcomes.
Reporting to the VP Finance, Engineering Portfolio, Programme Management, Strategy & Capabilities, you will act as a Finance Delivery Lead across Engineering Capabilities. You will establish effective governance, provide early visibility of risks and opportunities, and drive complex financial initiatives through to implementation and benefit realisation to maximise value from investment and resources.
Success in this role will be measured not only by the quality of financial insight provided, but by the ability to translate opportunities, investment decisions, and improvement initiatives into tangible business outcomes.
