Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Technology Product Manager within the MRD organization to lead business and functional requirements for Corporate Action initiatives and drive backlog management across complex data platforms.

You will also own data modelling, SQL validation, interface strategy (Web GUI/API), and governance of vendor data, collaborating with clients, vendors, IT, and PMO to deliver the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience capturing business and product requirements with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with documenting specifications, epics, and user stories.
• Expertise in Master/Reference Data space or Corporate Actions lifecycle is preferred.
• Validation and testing in collaboration with Dev/QA/Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business and Functional Requirements, Epics, and User Stories for complex Corporate Action initiatives.
• Drive Product Backlog management, refinement, and sprint prioritization.
• Lead Data Modelling and mapping across vendors and internal feeds.
• Data Mining, Profiling, Transformation, and SQL validation.
• Collaborate with Clients, Operational partners, IT, and PMO.
• Drive interface strategy and design – Web GUI/API.
• Engage with Data Providers and Vendors (Internal & External).
• Define and govern Golden Copy rules and vendor source hierarchy logic.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-ready data use cases.
• Manage senior stakeholder expectations, roadmap delivery, training, and release governance.
