• Substantial demonstrable experience in technology with a track record of shipping software or platform products.

Responsibilities

• Define the Vision: own the product backlog and implementation strategy for Risk & Controls initiatives within Banking Technology.
• Drive the Roadmap: translate vision into a clear backlog and prioritize features, epics, and user stories.
• Lead from the Front: establish modern agile practices for engineering excellence and risk-aware iteration.
• Bridge Risk and Tech: liaise between risk partners, engineering, and product owners to translate requirements into technical specs.
