Job summary

Charles River Development (CRD) Middle Office Product Team is hiring a business analyst to help deliver strategic product solutions for clients' evolving needs, meet regulatory requirements, and maintain a competitive offering. You will become a CRD product expert focused on the Corporate Actions module and elections workflows.

You will participate in full SDLC, work with customers to gather requirements, collaborate with engineering and QA, and contribute to Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product development with Agile.
• Strong knowledge of corporate actions processing.
• Understanding of corporate actions market data.
• Experience with elections processes and SWIFT messaging.
• Ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive functional and technical product specifications.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Experience with cloud architecture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply detailed knowledge of corporate actions processing to assist product development.
• Produce business and technical requirement documents based on product roadmap and regulatory trends.
• Analyze corporate actions data and assist with data mapping for system integrations.
• Gather product requirements from customers and develop feature specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA to refine features.
• Plan validation tasks and assist with testing requirements.
• Document product features and workflows.
• Provide client beta testing support and training.
• Assist with project schedules and deliverables.
• Assist implementation and support to resolve client issues.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and SDLC.
