Job summary

Citigroup Belfast is leading a multi-year transformation within Markets Operations, delivering a Target Operating Model across risk, controls, compliance, process engineering, automation and data transformation. We are seeking a Vice President, Program Manager to drive large-scale programs with global partners, manage scope, plan delivery, and ensure benefits and KPIs are realized.

Qualifications

Experience delivering transformation programs in large financial services.
Strong program management and governance capabilities.
Proven ability to engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional groups.
Knowledge of FX products and regulatory change is desirable.
Comfort with global, matrixed operating models.

Responsibilities

Lead assigned transformation projects with plans, deliverables, and KPIs.
Define program scope and build a solid business case with cost-benefit analysis.
Communicate status, risks, and resolutions to sponsors and forums.
Foster relationships with business and technology partners as SME.
Standardize processes, controls, and workflows globally.
Identify and resolve issues spanning multiple workstreams.
Support testing and operational readiness throughout the program.
Facilitate change delivery to reduce risk and improve controls.
Ensure adherence to Citi PM standards and delivery methodologies.
Exercise sound judgment to protect Citigroup's reputation and assets.
