Job summary

Epos Now seeks a VP of Product for its POS portfolio, based in Norwich, UK. You will own the vision, strategy and execution across Hospitality, Retail and Service, leading multiple PM teams and partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales and GTM leadership.

You’ll evolve the core platform to drive payments, financial services and AI-powered experiences while maintaining revenue growth and merchant value. This is a high-impact, global, product-led role with executive visibility.

Qualifications

• Six to eight plus years in product, including leadership of PM teams across multiple verticals
• Direct experience in POS, vertical SaaS, commerce platforms or payments
• Ownership of product P&L or clear revenue/retention metrics
• Strong data literacy and executive-level communication

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the overall POS product strategy across Hospitality, Retail and Service
• Lead, coach and develop a multi-team Product organisation
• Own the roadmaps and balance needs of verticals without fragmenting core platform
• Drive commercial outcomes including merchant growth, adoption, payments attachment and revenue
• Champion AI-native capabilities in the POS experience
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design on trade-offs
• Use customer and market data to drive prioritisation
• Present strategy, roadmaps and major investment decisions at executive/board level
