Job summary

Epos Now Group is expanding its Engineering team in Norwich and seeks two Software Engineers to drive the end-to-end delivery of the Customer Success platform. You will own high-impact features, scale architectures, and work across product and tech teams to deliver reliable software at scale.

You should bring proven software engineering experience, strong OO programming, and a proactive approach to modern engineering practices. Norwich Head Office access is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong foundations in object-oriented programming, databases and microservice architectures.
• Experience delivering complex web systems, data pipelines or internal platforms.

Responsibilities

• Platform delivery: build and scale the Customer Success platform end-to-end.
• System health: design robust code footprints, optimize performance and maintain platform intelligence structures.
• Cross-functional impact: translate complex requirements into scalable product features with tech leads and stakeholders.

About the Role

Are you a skilled engineer ready to take ownership of high-impact platform features? Epos Now is expanding its Engineering department in Norwich! We are looking for two driven Software Engineers to join us as part of an exciting incremental growth initiative

In this role, you will be focused on expanding our Platform Intelligence capabilities and driving a core, high-visibility objective: the end-to-end delivery of our Customer Success platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to scale your architectural reach, solve intricate technical challenges, and build reliable software solutions that directly impact our growing ecosystem

Key Responsibilities & Measures of Success (KPIs):

• Platform Delivery: Take ownership of building, scaling, and ensuring the seamless deployment of our Customer Success platform
• System Health: Collaborate with the team to design robust code footprints, optimize system performance, and maintain underlying platform intelligence structures
• Cross-Functional Impact: Work closely with technical leads, managers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable product features

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven commercial experience working as a Software Engineer, ideally with strong foundations in object-oriented programming, databases, and microservice architectures.
• Experience delivering complex web systems, data pipelines, or internal platforms from development through to production.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for modern engineering best practices.
• Proximity or willingness to work out of our Norwich Head Office (Unit 7)
