Job Description:

Position: VP of Sales, EMEA (Ad-tech/DSP/SSP/CTV experience required)

Location: Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire, United Kingdom

Employment Type: Full-Time

Minimum Experience: 7-10+ years

About the Role: At Pixalate, we develop technology products for a trustworthy, clean, and safe supply chain for Connected TV and Mobile advertising. Our software revolutionizes how the advertising industry approaches quality and safety through ratings, risk assessment, compliance, and fraud prevention technology. The VP of Ad-Tech Sales, EMEA, based in London, will focus on new business growth, channel sales, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow new business and promote adoption of Pixalate's technology across the digital ecosystem.
  • Develop strategies aligned with Pixalate’s vision.
  • Drive revenue growth through partnerships with DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, Networks, and Publishers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Services teams.
  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities.
  • Create and present proposals and pricing to close deals.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets, maintaining a healthy pipeline.
  • Contribute to product development and strategic planning as a thought leader.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years in ad-tech
  • Experience in Ad Verification and Compliance is a plus.
  • Proven success in selling solutions to CTV, Supply & Demand-side clients.
  • Track record of acquiring new clients.
  • Experience selling complex tech solutions in ad-tech and media.
  • Ability to develop and scale strategic partnerships.
  • Attention to detail, drive for excellence, proactive approach.
