Job summary

Sotheby’s is seeking an experienced product leader to drive front-end experiences across Sothebys.com and the mobile app. Lead long-term strategy, roadmap and execution during a transformation, partnering with product managers, design, engineering and business teams.

You will leverage research, data and metrics to guide decisions, delivering consumer products that enhance user experience and business outcomes in a fast-moving luxury marketplace.

Qualifications

• 15+ years product management experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience in consumer technology and ecommerce or luxury sectors.
• Ability to set and drive big-picture strategy for cross-functional teams.
• Strong interest in user experience or art and data-driven decision making.
• Proficient with common product design and management frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Sotheby’s core business lines.
• Create a product vision for client-facing applications via market research and data.
• Define a roadmap by prioritizing ideas based on impact.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership on resource planning.
• Work with design to develop mockups and run user research.
• Partner with data science to define metrics and testing plans.
• Lead agile scrum sessions to drive timely delivery.
• Provide executive updates and stakeholder alignment.
• Write concise PRDs and summaries for new features.
