On behalf of a highly specialised, globally leading Clinical Trial Service Provider, we are seeking a Head of Decentralised Clinical Trials to drive strategic innovation and operational excellence across unique service lines.

Your Mission:

1. Strengthen this business unit and align cross-departmental solutions to enhance the commercial and operational structure of this division.
2. Drive the global strategy, alignment, and continuous improvement of Decentralised Clinical Trial services.
3. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Executive teams.
4. Champion innovative, patient-focused solutions within this specialised business unit.
5. Set and deliver a visionary roadmap for decentralised trial models, which may include services like home health and kitting capabilities. This role is not solely focused on DCT but leverages knowledge and experience in related areas.
