Job Description:

On behalf of a highly specialised, globally leading Clinical Trial Service Provider, we are seeking a Head of Decentralised Clinical Trials to drive strategic innovation and operational excellence across unique service lines.

Your Mission:

1. Strengthen this business unit and align cross-departmental solutions to enhance the commercial and operational structure of this division.
2. Drive the global strategy, alignment, and continuous improvement of Decentralised Clinical Trial services.
3. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Executive teams.
4. Champion innovative, patient-focused solutions within this specialised business unit.
5. Set and deliver a visionary roadmap for decentralised trial models. This role may also include services such as home health and kitting capabilities; it is not solely focused on DCT, but your knowledge and experience in these areas will be valuable.
