On behalf of a highly specialised, globally leading Clinical Trial Service Provider, we are seeking a Head of Decentralised Clinical Trials to drive strategic innovation and operational excellence across unique service lines.

Your Mission:

• Strengthen this business unit and align cross-departmental solutions to enhance the commercial and operational structure of this division.
• Drive the global strategy, alignment, and continuous improvement of Decentralised Clinical Trial services.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Executive teams.
• Champion innovative, patient-focused solutions within this specialised business unit.
• Set and deliver a visionary roadmap for decentralised trial models. This role may also include services such as home health and kitting capabilities. While not solely focused on DCT, your knowledge and experience in this area will be essential.
