Job summary

Citi Commercial Bank UK is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager for its Industrials team. The role focuses on building and managing a portfolio of UK-based Mid-Corporate clients with global footprints, leveraging Citi’s product suite to drive topline revenue and wallet share.

You will lead multi-country client engagements, coordinate with product specialists, and ensure rigorous risk management and regulatory compliance while mentoring junior bankers.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Master’s degree required.
• Experience in corporate banking and relationship management preferred.
• FCA/PRA Certification regime knowledge and fit & proper assessment process expected.

Responsibilities

• Self-originate new, multi-product and multi-country clients for Citi Commercial Bank UK, and manage those relationships on an ongoing basis.
• Actively call on clients to deepen relationships and proactively identify future needs and risks, while pursuing new clients.
• Understand industry trends to provide thought leadership and coordinate with product experts to structure risk-balanced deals.
• Oversee the credit relationship of clients, coordinating the end-to-end process and ensuring policy adherence.
• Mentor junior bankers and represent Citi UK in external market activities.
