Job summary

Citigroup is seeking a Corporate Banking Senior Analyst for the UK Industrials team, focused on Metal & Mining clients. The role offers exposure to multiple product areas, supporting origination and execution of episodic and strategic financings.

You will build sector expertise, engage with CFOs and treasurers, and contribute to cross-selling Citi’s platform while managing risk and deploying capital efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in financing-focused roles such as corporate finance or debt advisory.
• Exposure to M&M and/or infrastructure asset classes is a plus.
• Strong understanding of capital structure drivers and credit risk.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Bankers in relationship management and deal execution for episodic and corporate finance transactions.
• Support cross-product teams across Citi’s platform to originate and structure financings for M&M clients.
• Conduct credit analysis and financial projections to inform strategic recommendations.
• Develop client materials and participate in high-level discussions with CFOs and treasurers.
