Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Markets Compliance Advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of equity derivatives, prime brokerage and ETD.
• Familiar with UK/EU regimes MiFID II/MiFIR, MAR, EMIR and short selling.
• Ability to translate regulation into clear, actionable advice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
