You will collaborate with traders, quants, and product teams to implement high-performance features like DMA, SOR, and market data processing, while improving testing, deployment, and reliability across global, cross‑regional teams.

• Design, development and maintenance of high-performance, low-latency electronic execution systems.
• Partner with traders, quants and clients to translate needs into features and enhancements.
• Continuously improve testing frameworks, tools and environments for platform reliability at scale.
• Leverage AI-powered tools across the SDLC to boost productivity and code quality.
• Contribute to Agile and CI/CD practices with a focus on shift-left testing and faster releases.
• Build and maintain common solutions for monitoring, reconciliation, recovery and other support functions.
