You will design and deliver a next-generation low-latency execution platform including SOR, DMA, and market data processing, collaborating across traders, quants, and infrastructure to push performance and resiliency. The role requires leadership in high-performance development, with a hybrid work model (up to 2 days at home per week) and a competitive base salary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with low-latency Java development.
• Strong testing and quality engineering practices.
• Solid Agile and CI/CD experience.
• Knowledge of low-latency system design and high-throughput architecture.
• Ability to work in a global, distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Core development: design and maintain high-performance, low-latency execution systems.
• Product collaboration: translate trader/quant needs into features and enhancements.
• Testing: improve testing frameworks and environments for reliability and scale.
• AI-Powered SDLC: leverage AI tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Agile & CI/CD: contribute to shift-left testing and faster releases.
• Platform support: maintain monitoring, reconciliation, and recovery functions.
