Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB seeks an experienced IT Procurement Officer to manage technology sourcing for its London operations. This VP-level role leads strategic vendor management, contract negotiation and regulatory compliance while supporting digital transformation.

You will oversee end-to-end IT procurement across software, hardware, cloud services, cybersecurity and data centres, driving cost optimisations and governance. Hybrid work may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated financial services procurement.
• Strong track record in contract negotiation with regulatory considerations (DORA, GDPR remediation).
• Proven ability to run end-to-end RFX for technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT procurement across software, hardware, cloud services, cybersecurity, data centres and networking.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to business objectives and risk appetite.
• Negotiate contracts with technology vendors ensuring optimal commercial terms and risk protections.
• Drive cost optimisation and efficiency gains across the IT category.
• Ensure compliance with FCA, PRA, DORA and EBA guidelines.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Risk and Information Security on vendor due diligence and onboarding.
• Present detailed financial data and procurement analysis to senior audiences.
• Attend governance meetings and provide documentation to the Chief Procurement Officer.
• Communicate procurement policy and best practices across the organisation.
