Procurement Heads represents a leading UK insurer undergoing transformation. The IT Procurement & Supplier Performance Manager will shape supplier strategy, drive commercial value and help scale procurement across Software, SaaS, Cloud, Cyber Security and Technology Professional Services.

The role requires proven technology procurement experience, strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders in a regulated environment. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven technology procurement and supplier management experience.
• Strong negotiation capability across software, SaaS, cloud and services.
• Experience in regulated environments, ideally financial services.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement and supplier management across software, SaaS, cloud and services.
• Drive supplier consolidation and commercial optimisation in a large integration.
• Lead complex technology negotiations to maximise value from strategic suppliers.
• Manage key supplier relationships and ensure SLAs, KPIs and commitments.
• Deliver SRM framework focused on performance, innovation and value.
• Influence decisions with tech and business stakeholders.
• Support sourcing when new services or capabilities are needed.
• Help define governance and ways of working as the function matures.
