Job summary

Edgworth Partners Ltd. is seeking a Senior Associate/VP for its Infrastructure M&A team in London. The role involves leading and advising on infrastructure transactions across acquisitions, disposals and mergers, with direct exposure to financial sponsors, investors and corporate clients.

You will develop complex financial models, valuations and deal materials, manage due diligence, and coordinate multiple workstreams while building senior relationships and mentoring junior members of the team.

Qualifications

• M&A experience within investment banking or leading financial advisory
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities
• Proven transaction execution and project management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute infrastructure M&A transactions (acquisitions, disposals, mergers)
• Develop and review financial models, valuations and transaction materials
• Manage due diligence, coordinate advisers and oversee workstreams
• Prepare client presentations and marketing materials for investment committees
• Build relationships with clients, investors and stakeholders
• Support business development and client pitches
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
