Job summary

Pearse Partners Ltd. is looking to hire a Vice President for its growing European Credit Investment Team in London. The role involves leading due diligence, modelling, and analysis of infrastructure credit investments while mentoring junior staff.

You will source opportunities, engage with management teams and investors, and support fundraising and strategic initiatives, reporting to the Head of European Credit.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in credit investing, project or structured finance, or infrastructure M&A.
• Excellent financial modelling skills and the ability to analyse capital structure, profitability and cash flows.
• Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• An entrepreneurial, self-motivated approach to building a franchise long term.

Responsibilities

• Due diligence across finance, credit and valuation analyses for new infrastructure credit investments.
• Leading execution end to end, mentoring, assisting and managing junior team members.
• Sourcing and screening new opportunities.
• Engaging with management teams and fund investors, and supporting fundraising and strategic initiatives.
