Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks an executive-level Index Data Owner, VP, to lead data governance and product data management within the Asset & Wealth Management Index Product Team.

You will partner with product, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, accessibility, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Expertise in business or product data management and processes
• Experience managing delivery across multiple workstreams
• Ability to drive strategic changes and deliver results
• Strong partnership and influencing skills across teams
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Technical understanding of data governance and cloud-based platforms
• Knowledge of product development and Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Execute data management and data risk responsibilities across the data lifecycle
• Ensure responsible use, sharing, and protection of data with quality
• Define, describe, and register data products for accessibility and compliance
• Leverage authorized data sources and integrate best practices into product lifecycle
• Develop and provide expertise on index and benchmarks data content
• Register and maintain data sets in catalog tools for consumption
• Collaborate with product, tech, and business stakeholders to champion data needs
• Promote data literacy and a data-driven culture within the team
• Monitor and address data risks, ensuring compliance with policies
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and alternate index providers
