Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Program Director for the Global Chief Supply Chain Officer community to engage senior executives from Global 500 firms. You will manage peer connections, deliver tailored Gartner insights, and support growth initiatives within a highly selective program.

You will partner with Sales and Events to renew memberships, plan events, and deliver value through workshops and tailored thought leadership. This role emphasizes relationship-building and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in consultancy or advisory, strategy or supply chain.
• Experience with Global 500 executives and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to present and facilitate meetings at C-level.
• Experience in strategy development, execution, and leadership.
• Experience with large-scale change and transformation.
• Strong analytical and insight synthesis skills.
• Sales or account management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Forge and maintain relationships with senior executives at Global 500 companies.
• Collaborate with Gartner sales to renewals and drive growth.
• Own 15–20 member relationships and assist account planning with AEs.
• Plan and execute GCSCO events, recruit speakers, and craft agendas.
• Facilitate peer connections, capture actions, and drive outcomes.
• Deliver workshops using peer and research insights for engagement.
• Drive member engagement through events, 1on1 connections, and content.
