Job summary

Citi in London seeks a VP-level Full Stack Engineer to design and develop high-performance trading tools, blending Kotlin/Python backend with Python-based frontends. You’ll own features end-to-end in a DevOps environment, partner with traders and product teams, and mentor peers in a fast-moving Equities Tech group.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Strong backend with Kotlin and/or Python and microservices experience.
Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and containerized apps.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy robust trading tools end-to-end.
Collaborate with traders, product owners and stakeholders.
Produce clean, well-documented code and maintain high quality.
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
Explore AI tooling and modern technologies to stay ahead.
