Job summary

Citi is seeking a VP-level Full Stack Engineer to join the Equities Technology team. You will design and develop greenfield services and trader tooling, working in a self-organized Agile team with global stakeholders.

You will own the full software lifecycle, mentor colleagues, and continuously adopt new technologies including AI tooling, in a hybrid setup with up to two days remote weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with microservices and scalable, resilient services.
• Familiarity with container platforms like Kubernetes/OpenShift; strong coding standards.

Responsibilities

• Design & develop robust software from concept to production deployment impacting trader efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs and solutions.
• Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle in a DevOps-centric environment.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
