Job summary

Citi in London is seeking a talented full-stack engineer to join the Systematic & Credit Portfolio Trading team. You will rapidly iterate on revenue-making and risk-reducing tooling, collaborating with traders, quants and product developers to deliver high-impact trading tools using Java and React.

You’ll work in a hybrid environment with mentorship, continuous learning and growth opportunities, while tackling real-world challenges that move markets and economies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience building applications in Java.
• Experience with containerized deployments and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define trade tooling requirements directly with traders.
• Develop trading tools with traders, quants and product dev team.
• Maintain an ecosystem for rapid application tooling that can support contributions from traders.
• Leverage Java and React to create high quality software.
• Collaborate with production support to ensure stability and maintainability of trading functions.
