Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in finance, business management or another relevant discipline preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in private funds fundraising, regional management or related institutional client-facing functions, with significant exposure to European markets.
• Understanding LP landscape across key regions and investor types.
• Strong investment strategy and product knowledge; ability to communicate fund positioning.
• Strong investment and financial analytical capabilities and investment reporting experience.
• Experience in high volume processes and technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience in credit, real estate, infrastructure and/or private equity asset classes strongly preferred.
• Institutional fund marketing sales and support experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional fundraising lifecycle with European partners.
• Own the European execution plan for investor outreach and targets.
• Monitor fundraising progress and adjust regional strategy.
• Provide strategic input into fund marketing materials.
• Coordinate senior stakeholders across GCG and investment teams.
• Deliver regional fundraising reporting and KPIs.
• Develop regional business plans with milestones.
