Job summary

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in finance, business management or another relevant discipline preferred.
• Experience in private funds fundraising and regional management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional fundraising lifecycle across Europe in coordination with global teams.
• Adapt global fundraising strategies for European markets and coordinate stakeholders at each stage.
• Drive fundraising momentum, monitor progress and adjust regional strategy as needed.
• Provide input into fund marketing materials to resonate with European investors.
• Build relationships across Global Client Group and affiliated investment teams.
• Identify and manage execution risks and dependencies in the fundraising process.
• Own regional fundraising reporting and KPI development for senior leadership.
