Job summary

Brookfield Asset Management Inc. is recruiting an Associate, European Regional Management in London. You will translate global fundraising strategies into actionable regional plans and coordinate across teams to drive capital formation for Brookfield’s private markets platform.

You will develop regional fundraising KPIs, dashboards and materials, support investor engagement, and contribute to strategic decision-making alongside senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of private markets fundraising, investor relations, capital formation or related commercial function.
• Strong understanding of LP landscape and regional investor preferences.

Responsibilities

• Support regional fundraising lifecycle execution and adapt global strategies for European markets.
• Develop regional fundraising plans to engage investors and sustain momentum.
• Monitor regional fundraising pipeline and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Create KPI dashboards and reporting for senior leadership.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and materials for regional meetings and reviews.
• Collaborate on roadshows, conferences and investor events to maximise outcomes.
• Coordinate regional fundraising calendar and align resources with objectives.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines across products and countries.
