Job summary

Brookfield is seeking an Associate, European Regional Management in London to translate global fundraising strategies into regional plans and drive commercial initiatives.

You will report to the Vice President of European Regional Management and collaborate with senior leaders to coordinate across markets, products and events, contributing to capital formation and investor engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in private markets fundraising or related commercial function, preferably with European investors.
• Strong analytical capabilities to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with high-volume processes and tech-enabled solutions.
• Experience in credit, real estate, infrastructure and/or private equity asset classes preferred.
• Institutional fund marketing, sales and support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and execute regional fundraising plans to engage investors and support capital formation.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance fundraising effectiveness across Europe.
• Monitor and analyze the regional fundraising pipeline and forecast accuracy.
• Develop regional fundraising KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting.
• Create high-quality presentations and materials for meetings and reviews.
• Coordinate with client channels on roadshows, conferences and events.
• Schedule and manage the regional fundraising calendar across products and countries.
• Multi-task across products and countries in a fast-paced, organized manner.
