Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Enterprise Enablement Lead within the Office of Regulation and Document Governance to drive reusable data products and AI services across the firm. You will translate governance principles into concrete integrations, establish enterprise data contracts, and champion adoption across platforms.

Reporting to the AI Data, AI & Analytics Lead, you will partner with Technology and Governance teams to ensure standardized consumption and lifecycle management while avoiding

Qualifications

• Experience in data-product enablement and platform product management; ideally in regulated financial services.
• Experience defining and running enterprise data contracts including SLA design, versioning and change communication.
• Bold stakeholder-management experience across Technology, Product Owners and business owners.
• Ability to translate governanced data foundations into reusable services for multiple platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Reach across Firm to understand data-usage requirements and translate into governed consumption patterns.
• Own enterprise data contracts binding consumers to governed data products with SLAs and versioning.
• Define standard consumption patterns (APIs, Data Mesh products) to avoid embedded copies.
• Drive adoption of ORDG shared AI services across consuming applications and consolidate duplicates.
• Partner on lifecycle, quality gates and certification of consumer-facing products.
• Oversee consumer onboarding: integration, entitlement, contracts, and post-go-live health.
• Maintain the shared-service catalogue and track adoption metrics across platforms.
• Instrument telemetry and feed adoption signals into product priorities and backlog.
• Support cross-functional prioritisation and represent consumer voice in governance forums.
• Coach teams on reuse principles and codify patterns into new shared services.
