Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Enterprise Enablement Lead in the Office of Regulation and Document Governance (ORDG) to make governed data products and shared AI services reusable across the firm.

You will translate data needs into standardized consumption patterns, own data contracts, and drive adoption of shared services across platforms. Qualifications

• Experience in data-product enablement, developer experience or cross-consumer roles.
• Defined and ran enterprise data contracts with multiple consumer teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand data-usage requirements across teams and translate to governed consumption patterns.
• Own enterprise data contracts including SLAs, versioning and deprecation policy.
• Define standard consumption patterns (APIs, Data Mesh products, event topics).
• Drive adoption of ORDG shared AI services across consuming apps and consolidate duplicates.
