Job summary

JPMorgan Asset Management in London is seeking an Associate/Vice President to join the EMEA ETF Capital Markets team. You will drive market relationships, oversee liquidity and pricing workflows, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best outcomes for clients.

The role requires ETF knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record in financial services. You will work closely with brokers, exchanges and technology partners to enhance market quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services focusing on ETFs.
• Knowledge of ETF mechanics, market structure and operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA/CFA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate primary market activity with APs and liquidity providers.
• Monitor UCITS ETF market quality including spreads and volumes.
• Build relationships with market makers, exchanges and brokers.
• Lead regional broker relationships and cross-asset collaboration.
• Produce research and market insights for clients and advisors.
• Represent JPMorgan at industry events and media.
